Your own bank statements are not available online with this bank. Why? What year is it 1980? I had to pay $15 for copies of my own bank statements that should be available online. When I asked about this no one in the bank or through their customer service number had any clue why. PATHETIC!
I have been with this bank at this location for 15 years. The staff is why I keep coming back. They have been through several name changes, but the service remains the same. To the person who wrote the earlier review whining about not being able to see your statements online, if you have their banking app, this is easy. LOVE my bank.
