Me and my wife just had a baby there it was our fourth kid first one at Union General hospital. It was absolutely the best experience we ever had at a hospital the nurses were unbelievable friendly, attentive, made us laugh they made us feel like there family. I would recommend anyone that is having a baby to plan it there.
The entire staff of the rehab facility is AMAZING! They are all friendly and helpful. Sandra is an exceptional therapist. My daughter has come so far in a relatively short amount of time and I really contribute it to the excellent care she has received here.
The emergency room wait was reasonable. Staff very kind & professional.
So we had our baby here service was great now were here a month later and hes having some upper respitory issues issues breathing and so on and some girl with a belly ache managed to come in after and go in before us belly ache vs month old baby with breathing problems i know in my mind whod go first but by no means is this the worst experience i have had here and when i asked how long we had the girl at the front had a crappy attitude but by all means this place needa a major overhaul with new staff i will definitely be going to a better nearby hospital from now on this place in a nut shell is a joke
This hospital has the worst and most unorganized group of employees you could imagine in the finance and administrative departments. Just try to get someone to call you that has the knowledge, ability, and authority to straighten out an overcharge to your credit card. I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to issue a $1,100+ credit back to my card for a procedure that was not performed. It has now been 5 1/2 weeks and the credit has not been issued. It does not matter who, when, or how many times I call to speak with a person, all I ever get is the run around and transferred from one person's voicemail to another. My attempt to straighten out the matter by going to the hospital and speaking with the CFO, who I was told was in a meeting, was pointless as well. During the visit, I expressed my concern to the administrative assistant of human resources and provided my contact information. It is now 5:28 pm and no return call has been received, nor can anyone be reached by phone as the offices are now closed.
