Very clean room, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. A great stay for a short trip that was planned kind of quick.
2016: We truly enjoyed our stay. Only issue we encountered was a broken coffee maker in our room. The room was fresh, and clean. Beds made to perfection with clean, fresh linens. We spent five nights during thanksgiving visiting parents in nursing home and was very pleased with Best Western.
Quiet, easily accessible from the intestate, and back to the interstate. Clean outside, and lobby area. The room was okay, comfortable, but the bathroom could have used a better cleaning of the floor and baseboards. There was only three towels and two face cloths. We were a party of five. TV service and internet service was great. Motel was within walking distance of a good restaurant, which was recommended by the evening check-in clerk. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the area.
Hotel is extremely outdated in rooms. Was not at all impressed by the still 70s style room I was put in. Arrived at 3pm to be told rooms were still being cleaned and it would be a few minutes. I understood that check in is 4pm, but at 3pm I could have been moved to a similar room that was already cleaned. Breakfast was below expectations, eggs were obviously microwaved and had no taste and a rubbery texture. Hotel is in a good location but needs some major changes to bring it up to modern standards.
2017: Sad to report the part in the coffee maker (doesn't matter which room I get) IS STILL MISSING A FUNCTIONAL PIECE. When I stay at this hotel I had to go to walmart and buy a cheap coffee maker... it travels with me whenever I stay at BW. Also sad when I reported the piece was missing I was told it was there I just didn't know what I was doing. RUDE!! No one ever came to the room to check the machine either!!
We were only spending one night and the check-in experience was great. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean and bright. Great breakfast prior to checking out.
