The store itself is very nice and clean. However, from the moment we walked in, we were never even greeted by any of the three employees that were working. I purposely walked to the area where they were, thinking maybe they didn't see us, but still, not a single word. We spent about 15 minutes walking around. They all looked to be in their late teens, and did not seem at all happy to be at work.
Went in to get Hermit Crab supplies; Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful and the store was very clean. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pet store
I won't go anywhere else for pets or supplies. The owner and his staff always make time to answer any questions I may have and always have the best personalitys. Five stars, hands down! Thank you for all you do!
Oh, so I wanted to see that cage Daniel lance was talking about , it turns out it NOT small at all! she only posted a picture of the very bottom of it!!! Here's a picture of the entire cage she was talking about. It's has a glass bottom half and an wire-cage top half, together it's probably over 2 feet tall by 2 feet wide. Looks plenty big enough to me... Obviously she just has a problem with the store or just don't know what she's talking about or both. lol... But either way she should have posted a real pic of it, nit just what she wanted us to see....
Totally the best pet store I've seen around here... super clean, super nice staff. If you haven't visited the place you should. It's nice just to look around...
I walked in and the store looks very nice for a small town pet store. However, the two girls that were sitting at the counter, were not too friendly. One gave a bored "Hello" when I walked in, but they were both too busy playing on their phones to ask if I needed any help or to even notice when I left the store. I was sadly disappointed, and probably will not go back.
I would definitely recommend the pet store. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and keep great inventory.
