I've had nothing but a bad experience with this company since early 2016. The spa arrived with a broken o-ring, the cup holder light was broken. Trying to get these items fixed has been a nightmare. They send out the wrong unbrella, and the wrong top for the spa. They was suppose to deliver a new top, and that had a hole in it, and again we had to wait. It finally got delivered, but still waiting on cup holder light, and now it's middle if July. We've had nothing but empty promises. Waiting all day for the repairs or products, and it would be a no show. I will give a good report on Cain who did the electric, he was awesome, as well as the guys who delivered the spa. We were promised a free supply of products, for all the problems we had, and we were lied to about that. We never recieved the products. I would shop around before dealing with this company in Blairsville. Biggest mistake we ever made.
